Hey Alex,  good idea to look to TPIC as a starting point.  I would caution however that TPIC 2019 no longer reports a nominal PSF equivalent.  As a result, some municipalities may use a conversion factor to determine minimum loads in PSF, which will be slightly higher than the previously stated nominal values:
